Due to the increase in our sales force we have a full-time position for a Licensed Loan Officer Partner, who will work directly with the Loan Officer & the Loan Partner Assistant.

 

This is a great position for a Loan Originator who would like to step into a more secure paycheck position!

 

Duties and Requirements

 Requirements:

  • Be licensed as a Mortgage Loan Originator

  • Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience originating residential mortgage loans

  • Have excellent communication skills

  • Have experience pricing and locking rates

Position Details:

  • Must be NMLS Licensed.

  • Working hand in hand with the Loan Officer to help manage daily tasks to increase productivity

  • Calendar Scheduling

  • Screening Phone Calls

  • Updating all parties in the transaction on loan progress and milestones

  • Follow up with past clients and referral partners

  • Consistently exceed Client and Real Estate Agent expectations

  • Must work well in a Team Environment

  • Attend daily team meetings to go over goals, tasks and pipeline management

  • Must have excellent written and verbal skills and top notch Customer Service Skills

Compensation depends on experience. We offer a base salary to provide you with some security knowing you will always have a paycheck; and bonus opportunities to increase your earning potential .
