 Due to the increase in our sales force we are looking for Loan Partners!

Duties and Requirements

Position Details:

  • Working hand in hand with the Loan Officer to help manage daily tasks to increase productivity
  • Assist the licensed Loan Partner with tasks as needed
  • Calendar Scheduling
  • Screening Phone Calls
  • Updating all parties in the transaction on loan progress and milestones
  • Follow up with past clients and referral partners
  • Consistently exceed Client and Realtor expectations
  • Must work well in a Team Environment
  • Attend daily team meetings to go over goals, tasks and pipeline management
  • Must have excellent written and verbal skills and top notch Customer Service Skills

*Some mortgage experience is preferred but strong clerical and organizational skills are a must. You do not have to be licensed for this position.

Compensation depends on experience. We offer a base salary to provide you with some security knowing you will always have a paycheck; and bonus opportunities to increase your earning potential .
